A 100+ Page elopement guide, so that you feel prepared, confident, and excited for your day!
Sydney’s client experience is crafted so perfectly. She really got to know us before our elopement day - completed with beers the night before, so many consult calls to help us troubleshoot and choose the very best locations. We eloped just the two of us, so finding a photographer with a great personality that could bring fun and excitement to our day was a must. And Sydney was that and more - she was organized, prepared, and so good at communicating. She guided us through the entire process down to where to stay, how to get there, and had some bomb restaurant recommendations! Being from out of state, we didn’t know how to plan an elopement day, and Sydney was able to craft something that was tailored to us as a couple, and made the experience unforgettable. You’re getting way more than just an elopement photographer - you’ll get an experience planned to its entirety. We wanted a low stress day, and a low stress planning process and Sydney saved us sooo much time since she understands how to elope in Moab so well, and all the locations that require someone to go scouting to even find. Our day was a dream! Book her!
Our desert elopement was out of our wildest dreams thanks to Sydney! She planned a day that fit us so perfectly. We had a full day elopement where we went to Canyonlands National Park for sunrise, and then out to private cliffs and overlooks in Moab for our vows. The day was complete with a little hiking and off roading, and the most stunning photos. Sydney captured our personalities sooo perfectly! Our friends and family still swoon over the photos, and the album she created for us after the day tells our story so perfectly and everyone we show it to is obsessed. If you’re planning a desert elopement, look no further than Sydney for the most incredible day imaginable.!
You don’t have to keep track of your ideas and the little moments that will make your day the most memorable. The ability to talk through concerns, stressors, and get that immediate help to avoid roadblocks.
Say goodbye to 30+ hours on Google... I'll give you access to my favorite places to eat, the best places to stay to create beautiful photos and to be in an ideal location, and vendors that match my photos and editing style. Your day will look put together, and will follow the vibe of my photography and locations.
A top priority for your elopement day is for it to be as stress-free as possible and have dedicated time to relax and enjoy the day with your partner! You'll receive a carefully created timeline based on the places you want to go, crowds, lighting, and activities you want to do.
All locations are off-the-beaten-path, and pre-scouted! This way you and your partner can show up day-of without worrying about when the best lighting will be, and where the best photos will be, because I've spent enough time at your location to have that all figured out! Incase of weather or a change of plans, I'll have other (just as gorgeous!) locations for you two to fall back on day-of!
Be present in the moment and actually remember your wedding, instead of checking the clock. I'll direct posing with natural prompts, and create authentic moments throughout your day. I'll know where the best photos and when the best lighting will be at your location, so you two will look incredible in your photos!
You will be provided with 100+ pages of information on eloping to ensure you feel prepared, confident, and excited for your day!
When you get married by yourselves, you have people at home wishing they were there to celebrate with you. I make sure you are able to share your stunning photos with your people that represent your day. This means you can recount your day with family and friends right away!
After your elopement I'll create a hand-crafted, custom designed heirloom album for you two that tells the story of your day and represents you two as a couple. This makes it so your story of your untraditional and epic wedding day can be told for generations to come!

I recommend booking at least a year to 6 months before your elopement date! Couples have booked me a year in advance, as well as just a few months out - but keeping to that 6 month to one year rule of thumb ensures you get first choice of dates, vendors, locations, and lodging!
Every wedding is unique, but I typically promise 50-100 images per hour. Rest assured that I will send you all the special moments, and only edit out duplicate images and images that don’t meet my minimum standards.
One of the unique services I provide is sending you several high resolution sneak peeks within 24-48 hours of your adventure session or wedding. That way, you quickly have images to print and share on social media! The full gallery will be finished within 3-4 weeks.
Typically! Whether or not you hike in your wedding attire totally depends on what you're wearing, how difficult the hike is, and your hiking abilities. You will need comfortable hiking shoes either way. Changing when you reach the viewpoint is an option too! I have a pop-up tent if you prefer more privacy!
Yes! I will give you a list of all the things you will need in advance so you two feel prepared and confident day of!
It all depends on the location you choose! If you're thinking about eloping in a National Park, State Park, or BLM land you can definitely plan on needing a permit. We'll need to apply for these at least 60 days in advance, so let's plan your date accordingly!
I'm happy to accommodate up to 15 guests and find ways to include them! Keep in mind, the more guests that you add the fewer location options we have.
Of course! I will provide you with dog-friendly location options, tips and tricks to train your pup for your elopement, and if we plan to go into a National Park, we will plan accordingly!
